7 Point Challenge


BOMA International launched the Market Transformation Energy Plan and 7-point Challenge to reduce energy consumption in commercial buildings by 30 percent by 2012.  BOMA Oakland/East Bay’s Board of Directors acted quickly and was the first BOMA in California to accept this challenge on behalf of its members.  Since that time, all BOMA California locals accepted the challenge, and the response has been extremely positive.
