Program:	9:30 AM - Registration 10:30 AM - Shotgun Start 4:30 PM - No Host Cocktails 5:30 PM - Awards Dinner
Entry Fee:	Golf & Dinner(includes green fees, golf cart, lunch and dinner) $275 per person/$1,100 a foursome for members and guests. Dinner Only…$60 per person

NOTE: Appropriate golf dress required, no denim or metal spikes allowed on the course.

Prizes will be awarded to the First and Second Place foursomes. Additional prizes will be awarded for the Longest Drive (men and women) and Closest-to-the-Pin (men and women).

Raffle Item Donations/Tee Bag Prizes
Gift Certificates, wine and golf related items, and other creative ideas!  Only 12 items will be accepted for the raffle (first come first served basis).  We are also looking for golf balls, bags, lip balm and other golf related items for our Tee Bags.  Contact the BOMA office for more details!

Reception Centerpiece Sponsor
(Provide 25 centerpieces for dinner that evening.  One winner from the table will take home your centerpiece as a prize)

Deadline to register is Monday, October 4 for a sponsorship and/or to play golf. All sponsors will be acknowledged that evening, on our website, and the newsletter. Sponsorships are on a first come first served basis. Payment must accompany your registration form to play golf and/or to be a sponsor.
