Program
Registration and a Texas Hold’Em clinic will be held at 5:30 pm. Cards will be dealt promptly at 6:00 pm. Blackjack Tables (2) and Craps Table will open up after the first players are eliminated. You may buy back into the tournament for an additional $20, or play Blackjack and/or Craps for an additional $20.

Prizes will be awarded to First Place Winner (a trophy and a $250 gift card) and Second Place Winner (a $150 gift card) for Texas Hold’Em. Additionally, we will award two $100 gift card prizes to our Blackjack Winners.

Evening Events
Appetizers and beverages will be provided throughout the evening. We will also be holding a Silent Auction with many items to bid on.

Entry Fee
$75 per player (advance registration)
$100 at the door (if available)
First 96 sign ups are guaranteed a spot in the tournament.

Sponsorship includes signage at event, logo on cocktail napkins, and two free players.

(15) Table Sponsorship - $300 each
Sponsorship includes signage on table and one free player.

Silent Auction Donations
Gift Certificates, Gift Baskets, Electronic items, travel packages, or other creative ideas. Item value minimum should be no less than $150. Call the BOMA Office for details.

Raffle Item Donations
Wine, movie passes, restaurant gift cards. Item value minimum should be no less than $100.

Thursday September 11 is the deadline to register for a sponsorship and/or as a player. All sponsors will be acknowledged on signage at event, on our website, and in future newsletters. About Texas Hold'Em
Texas Hold’Em (also hold'em, holdem) is the most popular poker variant played in casinos in the United States. Hold 'Em is a community card poker game; meaning that certain cards are available to be used by all players (in contrast to games like stud or draw). Its no-limit betting form is used in the main event of the World Series of Power (WSOP) and the World Poker Tour.

About our Benefactor
CSDF was founded by Francesca Tenconi, a California teenager on her 16th birthday.  At age 11 Francesca was diagnosed with pemphigus foliaceous, a serious, potentially fatal skin disease.  While receiving treatment, she met other children with skin diseases.  Francesca felt an organization was necessary to focus on the unique problems of children and teenagers who suffer from skin disease and to raise funds to help these children.  To support this happening, Francesca told her family and friends to give no gifts for her 16th birthday - just make contributions to start a foundation. Four days after her birthday (May 29, 2000), CSDF was formed.

What is CSDF?
CSDF focuses on problems of young people who suffer from skin disease and the families who care for them.  Diseases of the skin affect thousands of American children each year.

CSDF sponsors the only medically staffed camps in the western United States, the Carolinas and Virginia for children with severe chronic and/or fatal skin diseases.  In 2001, CSDF established Camp Wonder, at Camp Arroyo in Livermore, California, 33 miles southeast of Oakland Airport.  For more information please visit their website at www.csdf.org.
