HOW TO READ PLANS: PHASE II
Attendees should have attended the previous plan reading class or have a basic understanding of plan reading. Phase II will cover -
- Recap of Phase 1
- Elevations and Details
- Millwork elevations and details
- Finish details
- Waterproofing details
- Introduction to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) drawings.
- Intro on information to expect on the MEPs
- HVAC overview with a focus on zoning
The talk will be given by Kyle Peacock of Peacock Construction. Prior to building out tenant improvement projects for Peacock Construction, Kyle worked as a landlord construction manager for Boston Properties.
