HOW TO READ PLANS: PHASE II

Attendees should have attended the previous plan reading class or have a basic understanding of plan reading. Phase II will cover -

• Recap of Phase 1
• Elevations and Details
  • Millwork elevations and details
• Finish details
• Waterproofing details
• Introduction to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) drawings.
  • Intro on information to expect on the MEPs
  • HVAC overview with a focus on zoning
    

The talk will be given by Kyle Peacock of Peacock Construction. Prior to building out tenant improvement projects for Peacock Construction, Kyle worked as a landlord construction manager for Boston Properties.
