Quantifying square footage is integral to revenue generation and a thorough understanding of the nuances of building measurement creates value for your organization and for you as a real estate professional. In this fast-changing real estate industry, whether you’re new to the field or a veteran, you don’t want to miss the opportunity to learn about building measurement and the history of its codes and standards.
A variety of topics will be reviewed, including the 1996 and 2010 BOMA standards appropriate to Office, Industrial, Mixed Use, Retail, Medical, and Residential properties. We will also discuss how to solve specific problems related to measurement for your team whether in acquisition or ongoing management of the property as occupancy and floor configurations change over time. In addition, this is the first exposure to details of the new BOMA 2017 Office Standard, currently in the approval process and anticipated to be adopted later this year.
Join us as the President and COO of Stevenson Systems demystify ‘the Science of Real Estate Measurement’!
