Kristy Michelmore, Senior Property Manager, Harvest Properties
Kristy Michelmore is a Senior Property Manager at Harvest Properties, and currently manages and oversees the operational and financial aspects of 1.5M square feet of office and industrial properties throughout the East Bay. She holds her RPA designation, and was the Property Manager at 180 Grand during the Alta Waverly fire.
Aaron Warren, Training Manager, ProTech Security Services
Aaron has over 25 years of Security and Law Enforcement experience including formally being a Security Fire Life Safety Director at two large San Francisco hi-rises.He is currently Fire Safety Director certified and teaches Floor Warden and Emergency Response training all over the San Francisco Bay Area.
Other areas of expertise include Active Shooter and Workplace Violence training.
Ed Gervasoni, Fire Safety Consultant and High Rise Inspector
Edward currently is a Consultant at Gervasoni Fire Safety Specialist. He was with Oakland Fire for eight years and Alameda County Fire for a year and has run his own fire prevention business for four years.
