Foundations of Real Estate Management is a 5-module, 28-hour entry-level course, covering the fundamentals of commercial real estate administration, management, building systems, accounting and reporting, contract management, and more. Each module contains a building tour highlighting the operations taught that day. This course is aimed at new-hires and is a refresher for those returning to operations.
