Successful facilities managers must have business savvy supported by a broad scope of technical knowledge. This course provides the base from which to build a career in facilities management. You will learn how to structure and manage operations and maintenance programs, and how to manage personnel effectively to control workload. You will gain an understanding of the importance of facilities management to business organizations and operations, while also learning strategies for internal marketing. Reservation and refund deadline is August 2, 2012. Any reservations after Thursday August 2, 2012 may be charged a late registration fee of $100. Any cancellations received after this date will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. BOMI Institute has implemented a new testing procedure. The test for each course will be given at a designated testing center. This will require a $60.00 fee to be collected by the BOMA local and passed on to the Institute. If payment is not received by the testing date, student will not be allowed to take the test UNTIL payment has been received by BOMI.
