Catalog Choice is a free online service for opting-out of unwanted mail. You can take control of the waste and cost of handing junk mail, duplicate mailings to your department, and mail addressed to employees who no longer work at your business. To stop the paper waste before it hits the mailroom, simply login and create a free account for yourself or your office.
How does it work? Employees and Businesses can set up free Catalog Choice accounts in two ways:
- Individual Account -- Employees set up individual accounts that they use with their work mailing addresses and home mailing addresses. Office champions who use the service can tell their co-workers about it, too.
- Mailroom Account -- A single account for a mailroom, company or department is set up with multiple recipient names and addresses. Opt-outs are administered through shared access. This is an ideal way to eliminate mail addressed to former employees and unnecessary duplicates.
