An energy analysis, or audit, is the first step toward a comprehensive energy management plan and can
help you identify no-cost, low-cost and investment grade actions you can take. You may already
have improved your energy efficiency, but an energy survey can help you identify overlooked opportunities.

PG&E's Large Commercial and Institutional Program offers services and incentives to help commercial
customers save money and manage energy costs.

Real-Time Metering Program participants can view and analyze their real-time energy usage data.
PG&E Demand
Response Programs
These programs provide financial incentives and other benefits to participating customers to
curtail energy use. These actions are intended to help provide a reliable number of megawatts
that the California Independent System Operator can count on during an emergency when energy
supplies are low.
PG&E Self-Generation Incentive
Program
The Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP) offers financial incentives to customers who install
certain types of distributed generation facilities to meet all or a portion of their energy needs.
PG&E Energy Education
The Pacific Energy Center (PEC)
in San Francisco offers educational programs, design tools, advice, and support to help create
energy-efficient buildings and comfortable indoor environments, with a focus on commercial
buildings.
The Energy Training Center–Stockton (ETC)
provides professional training courses for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC),
window, and insulation contractors, as well as builders, architects, engineers and code officials
at locations in Northern California and the Central Valley.
The Food Service Technology Center (FSTC)

design and operate energy-efficient commercial food service facilities.
