Melody Thebeau joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 as Director with the Client Solutions group. She brings over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry in the areas of asset management, property management, financial management, leasing and construction.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2005, Ms. Thebeau was with HInes overseeing the property management of 101 California Street, an over 1.2 million square foot, Class A high rise in San Francisco, where she was responsible for operations, tenant improvements, budgeting and reporting. She was also directly involved with the commissioning, management and disposition 101 Second and 55 Second Street, and over 800,000 Class A office development in the San Francisco Financial District as an owner representative of Cousins Properties, Inc.
Previous to joining the 101 Second and 55 Second Street team in 2001, Ms. Thebeau was Vice President with Transwestern Commercial Services. Her overall responsibilities included oversight property operations and staff for an over 10 million square foot portfolio consisting of office, R&D and new development in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Ms. Thebeau's past property management and leasing experience also includes oversight of office, retail, industrial and residential properties for Jones Lange LaSalle, Pacific Union Marketing Company and Brighton Pacific.
Ms. Thebeau attended California State University, Hayward and has completed real estate law, management, leasing and appraisal coursework at University of California, Berkeley. |
