General Manager Northern California | Property Management

As General Manager, Manny Moreno is responsible for all management and leasing at Alameda Point, the former Naval Air Station, Alameda. The property consists of approximately 4,000,000 square feet of mixed use space, including office, warehouse, industrial, light-manufacturing, research and development, residential and port operations. In addition, Manny also oversees management and leasing for the former Fleet Industrial and Supply Center, Cellular Tower Sites for the City of Alameda and Tidelands Trust Properties.

With over 10 years in the property management industry, his depth of experience encompasses leasing, capital expense budgeting and project management, contract management, and asset management.

Prior to joining PM Realty Group (PMRG), Mr. Moreno began his property management career with Wells Fargo Bank in their Private Client Services Division, Trust Real Estate Department. During his time there he was responsible for managing assets held in trust which consisted of commercial and residential properties. After leaving Wells Fargo, Mr. Moreno went to work for Shorenstein Realty Services in downtown San Francisco. He worked there for several years as a Tenant Administrator handling accounting issues, certificates of insurance, tenant improvement projects, and oversight of several building maintenance contracts.

Mr. Moreno joined PMRG in 2004 as an Assistant Property Manager in the Alameda Point office. During his tenure with PMRG, he has risen through the ranks holding the positions of Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and Senior Property Manager. He oversees a staff of five employees and manages operating budgets that total more than $10 million annually.

Mr. Moreno has attended Delta San Joaquin College and California State University, Hayward. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He is currently enrolled in BOMI’s Real Property Administrator program. He is a member of the Board of Directors for BOMA Oakland/East Bay (BOMA OEB) and is also a member of the BOMA OEB Charity Committee.
