Fred Seely

Fred is a principal of MCC Realty Group, Inc.  MCC is a commercial Property Management and Brokerage company doing business in the greater bay area with a primary focus on the east bay.  Fred and his partner founded MCC in 2002.  Their offices are located in downtown Walnut Creek, where Fred’s responsibilities include running the property management business. MCC currently manages 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail, and light industrial property.

Fred began his career in commercial real estate in Walnut Creek in 1978.  In almost thirty years, Fred has provided a wide range of services to bay area property owners.  These include asset management, property management, and brokerage services.  Fred is very experienced in building operations, construction management, and leasing of office, retail and light industrial properties.  He has refinanced commercial loans, sold office buildings and office condominiums, and has assembled land for office, apartment and residential condominium development.

Fred has a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, and an MBA in General Management from Golden Gate University.  He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker

Fred has been on the Board of BOMA Oakland/East Bay since March of 2004.  He is also on the advocacy committee of the Walnut Creek Downtown Business Association.
