Responsibilities
Deanna Drake-Copelan currently serves as Director of Asset Services for CB Richard Ellis. In this role, she oversees 16 Real Estate Managers and more than 13 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties in the Greater East Bay area. In her current position, Deanna represents such key clients as ING Clarion, INVESCO Realty Advisors, CB Richard Ellis Investors, TIAA-CREF and RREEF. She joined CB Richard Ellis in January 2006.

Professional Experience
Deanna has more than 25 years of experience as an owner’s representative in commercial real estate, where her key strengths are property management, asset management, financial analysis and due diligence for buyers and sellers.
Before joining CB Richard Ellis, she spent six years with Prentiss Properties Limited, Inc. as a Regional Director, working with key clients such as Prentiss Properties Realty Trust, G.E. Capital, AMB Realty Advisors and Lend Lease.
