Manny MorenoSenior Real Estate Manager | CB Richard Ellis

As Senior Real Estate Manager, Manny Moreno is responsible for a large mixed-use portfolio of properties totaling over 1.4 million square feet. His properties are located in the Pleasanton, Livermore, Newark and Alameda areas. Mr. Moreno brings more than 11 years of property management experience. His depth of expertise encompasses leasing, capital expense budgeting and project management, contract management, and asset management.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), Mr. Moreno served as General Manager for PM Realty Group (PMRG). During his time as General Manger, he oversaw all leasing and management of Alameda Point, the former Naval Air Station, Alameda, a 750 acre mixed-use property. In addition to Alameda Point, he also had responsibility for the former Fleet Industrial and Supply Center, Cellular Tower Sites for the City of Alameda and Tidelands Trust Properties. Mr. Moreno started with PMRG as an Assistant Property Manager and rose through the ranks, holding the positions of Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager and General Manager. He oversaw a staff of five employees and managed operating budgets that totaled more than $10 million annually.

Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Moreno served as Tenant Administrator for Shorenstein Realty Services in downtown San Francisco where he handled accounting issues, certificates of insurance, tenant improvement projects, and oversight of several building maintenance contracts. Mr. Moreno began his property management career with Wells Fargo Bank in their Private Client Services Division, Trust Real Estate Department. During his time there he was responsible for managing assets held in trust which consisted of commercial and residential properties.

Mr. Moreno attended Delta San Joaquin College and California State University, Hayward. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of California, a member of the Board of Directors for BOMA CAL and BOMA Oakland/East Bay (BOMA OEB), is a member of the BOMA OEB Charity Committee, and he is currently enrolled in BOMI’s Real Property Administrator program.
